Nicola Coles is an Olympic Ambassor. She came to talk to us today about the Olympic Values.

She has been to two Olympic Games.  She told us how she was really nervous and scared before her races and had to breathe slowly to help her nerves.

Nicola showed us how to use the oar. She told us you have to work really hard when you are rowing. 

This is the Olympic flag.

Nicola didn't get a gold medal at the Olympics but she did get one at the World Champs.
